The port of Anse Marcel is also home of "La Habitacion", the resort where former French President Mitterand met US President Bush senior.

Anse Marcel lies to the very North of the island; and when you drive the road up to and over the mountain, take your camera with you. The drive gives you breathtaking views and magnificent panoramic corners, you won´t want to have missed to take it on picture. However, be prepared for a 5 minutes walk from the parking to this fabulous beach that is facing the northeast coast of Anguilla.

Anse Marcel is a pleasant family beach, nestled in a cozy little harbor, the Marina Port de Lonvilliers. It is a long white sandy beach with shade and calm waters. The shallow water is ideal for families with small children.

The nearby marina is lined with fine shopping, hotels, and many restaurants to choose from.
